Refund Policy
1. Booking & Payment
- 
All sessions—standard or block-booking packages—must be paid in full.
 - 
Block packages have a 60-day expiry from purchase; unused sessions after this period are forfeited without refund, except under medical or redundancy circumstances.
 
2. Cancellation Notice
- 
Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session, via call, text, or email .
 - 
Cancellations inside this notice window will:
- 
Lose the session credit (no refund or make-up).
 - 
Be charged 50–100% of the session fee depending on how late the cancellation is.
 
 - 
 
3. No-Shows & Late Arrivals
- 
No-shows (no notice given) automatically forfeit the session fee/credit .
 - 
Late arrivals:
- 
Session time will be reduced accordingly.
 - 
If more than 20 minutes late: session may be cancelled, with no refund credit.
 
 - 
 
4. Trainer Cancellations
- 
If the trainer cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice, the client will receive either:
- 
A free replacement session, or
 - 
A full refund/credit for that missed session.
 
 - 
 
5. Refund Conditions
- 
Non-medical cancellations: No refund or credit once payment is made.
 - 
Medical or redundancy reasons: Refund or credit will be issued for unused sessions upon receiving appropriate documentation (e.g., GP note).
 
6. Refund Process
- 
Clients requesting a refund must submit a written request via email.
 - 
Refunds will be processed within 14 days, using the original payment method .
 
7. Processing Time & Methods
- 
Refunds are issued via bank transfer or the original payment provider.
 - 
Any processing fees incurred are deducted from the refund, unless otherwise stated.
 
8. Policy Changes
- 
These terms may be updated at any time.
 - 
All clients will be notified in writing, and updated policies will apply to future bookings .
